Space / House Cleansing - Smudging and SSS Negative Energy Eliminator Room Spray

A decade ago, I didn't know there was such a thing as house cleansing. I had just purchased my first home, and being somewhat of neat freak, I always kept my home physically clean and tidy. Somehow, no matter how hard I tried to clean my home, I still feel there are parts of the house that feel dirty and depressing. That's when I was first introduced to 'house cleansing' by Kim.
There are many different ways to cleanse your home, namely using crystals, negative energy eliminator spray, singing bowl and/or by smudging. In this blog I am going to concentrate on smudging and using the Negative Energy Eliminator Spray made by Soul Star Synergies.
Smudging is the process of burning a substance to purify or cleanse the negative energy of the person or space. The substance can be herbs, resins or woods. I usually use white sage smudge sticks as they are relatively easy to source and use. You should always perform smudging when the moon is waning or decreasing in size (the full moon is transitioning to the new moon) as this helps you get rid of any negative energy.
Open all cupboard and doors of the intended space. Shut all external doors and windows.
Start burning the smudge stick like an incense (Use an ash tray to catch the ash)
Go around the room in counter clockwise direction for three times while setting the intent to remove any negative energies or entities from the space.
Once you have done this, open up all external doors and windows to air out your house. This allows all the negative energies to escape your house with the smoke of the white sage or any resins, incense, etc that you are using to clear your space.
Physically clean your house.
